Compact Fluorescent Lamp Details

Compact Fluorescent Lamps are intended for energy-efficient replacement of traditional incandescent lamps. They are intended to fit into the socket normally used for an incandescent lamp, but work like fluorescent lamps. Since they use fluorescent technology, they are more efficient, requiring less power input to produce the same light output, run cooler, and last longer.
