Requirements for Both

• Be a Site dedicated to A Horror or Scary theme
• Have a decent amount of as well as entertaining content
• Present a decent type of organisation
• Nothing pornographic in nature
• Nothing containing Illegal material or breaking the service rules of its host
• Nothing comprised mainly of links to afiliate sites
• Never claim to be better then me(the Crypt Keeper)(and thats not an official rule, he just has a big ego)
