MUMMY'S ZINE CAFE
Greetings!
Welcome to my cafe of zines. I'm the Zine-Mummy.
I have been reading and publishing zines like forever--. I am the oldest
surviving zinester on this planet. I go way back and I know everything
you will ever want to know about the world of zines. At this website
you will find excerpts from many of my zines, some online (only) zines, plus
a special section for mummy movies. I have included
my review of zines here too. So all of you publishers out there be
sure to refer me to your website and I will review it. Or, if you publish
a print version, send it, and I will be glad to include it in my reviews.
There will be several categories of zines (general horror, vampires,
fantasy, occult, paranormal, scifi, and mystery). There's will be a
rating system too. Excellent means the zine publisher has achieved
his/her highest karma and will go on to the rank of Immortality as a zinester.
Very Good means he/she is on the right track and will undoubtedly achieve
the highest rank with a little more effort. Good means he/she is doing okay
but much more work is required. Fair means he/she is in limbo and must
decide which path to take if one wants to attain a higher level. Poor
means he/she is truly a stone cold stiff with no chance of achieving Immortality.
Excerpts from many of our various publications are included on this site.
I cordially invite experienced and talented amateur writers & artists
to send submissions: articles (at least 3-5 pages), essays (any length),
commentary (at least 2 pages), reviews (books/zines/films/videos/
music/websites), interviews (writers & publishers), poetry (any style
or length), fiction (any length though more than 7 pages is preferred), art
(black pen & ink or computer generated in any colors) and photos (must
have clarity--if sent via e-mail put them in a gif format). Since I'm
a small press zine publisher I operate on a shoe-string so contributors are
paid in free copies only if included in the print versions (if included only
in the online versions, consider yourself paid by being published online--sorry
this is no BIG TIME operation here).

I welcome your zine/s to be reviewed on our (NEW) website
and in our (NEW) printed publication, ZINE CAFE plus in some of our
other zines (both on-line and in print). I review all zines
sent to me, and I review all urls (on-line zines) plus add them to
our extensive recommended links list on this website as well as some of my
other sites. Multiple issues are also reviewed if a publisher publishes
more than one zine.
I actively seek interviews via e-mail or by regular mail with publishers.
I select them (to be interviewed) by the overall quality of their
publication/s. All interviews will be included at MUMMY'S ZINE CAFE
plus at least 2 of my other websites and in one or more of the print versions
of my zines.
All of my zines are published both on-line and in print. The on-line

Mummy's Zine Cafe is a part of FULL MOON PUBLICATIONS (subsidiary of
Baker Street Publications, founded in Jan. 1983).
There are different pages for the zines, a section about small
press, a guidelines page, an extensive list of recommended links, graphics,
plus more! I'm considering adding a bulletin board and/or guest
book.
