Before the 1914-18 War, The Grand Order Of Bedlam was an honour bestowed only upon members of Hellcat Island's noblest families. Unfortunately, during the glorious revolution of 1923, the heroic, freedom-loving citizens of our tiny, water-bordered nation shot or hanged almost everybody who had a title - thus rendering the Order virtually obselete at a stroke.

We have decided to revive the Order and to award it to webmasters and webmistresses who have created sites which inspire and entertain.
