Warren's attempt at adult-oriented comic material was called 1984. By the time the tenth issue had come out it was obvious that the title had been poorly thought-out, and it was changed to 1994, though the numbering sequence was uninterrupted. Frank Thorne, Alex Nino and Esteban Maroto contributed some memorable work to the title, but the magazine was almost universally panned due to it's graphic sexual nature and male chauvanistic bent. |
